These terms govern use of the STTAURX platform and its SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive messages, you agree to these terms.
Messaging program
- The program sends operational alerts, booking confirmations, and campaign status updates from the STTAURX platform to users who opt in.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time — reply STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per week). For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
